DAY 1
The prince of Saudi Arabia is being accused by many of being responsible for the murder of a journalist named Jamal Ahmad Khashoggi. Many countries have already pointed their fingers to our prince saying that he is guilty, but this is not sustained by a single proof, Mr. Khassogi died in the Saudi Arabian consulate located in Istanbul but his body was never found. The only thing that we can state in this case is the formal and legal
persecution of our traditional culture and values, repressed by western culture and media. Turkey is a Muslim country that envies our culture, values, and relationship with God and Islam. So just because of that accusation, they want to stop the supply of economical resources. It is important to remind that the council has already given full guilt to our innocent prince, but the real assassins have already been persecuted. It has been said that the Israelian State expressed that proofs have been found inside this consulate, but these proofs were never presented to the public. This is just a game established by Turkey’s interest in natural resources countries that criticize Saudi Arabia, saying that women in our country suffer a natural Muslim discrimination. In the past this statement was true, but in fact our loved prince is creating a lot of measures to reduce that. It is important to say though, that in our culture this discrimination is completely valid and necessary. Saudi Arabia have been practising that forcenturies. Turkey asked why Jamal Khashoggi rapidly moved to the US. Mr. Kshoogi went into self-imposed exile to the U.S, he was not forced to do so. The murder of Saleem was unfortunate, but countries do want to support this Turkey ideal that Salman is guilt. To destabilize Saudi politic Turkey do support the curds party, to weaken the power of Salman in order to gain natural resources. The C.I.A has allegedly found clues supplied by Turkey, but these clues were stated as not sufficient to incriminate Sahlman, the King of Saudi Arabia. Trump has declared Saudi Arabia innocent. It is considered hypocrisy the fact that Turkey does commit oppression with the curds while criticizing our false oppression with Jamal. While the Journalist criticizing the Saudi Arabian prince, our majesty would not have done anything to repress the journalist, that went to a self-imposed exile to the US. The delegation of Turkey said that the crime was ordered by the king, but the delegation of the US denied this allegation saying that more investigation shall be made so the truth shall be uncovered. The delegate of Siria expressed that the denial of the Saudi Arabian government in ordering the murder is false, due to the increasing ambiguity in the Saudi Government arguments and official statements. The Russian Federation believes that though there does not exist solid pieces of evidence, it is probable that the assassination was ordered by the King. Russia is a country that does completely ignores all human rights and civil liberties with the authoritarian government of Vladimir Puttin. The delegation of Oman seeks stability achieved by the cooperation between Arab and Peace in the middle east so it is highly logical to support Saudi Arabia's cause in this conflict. In response The King of Saudi Arabia declared that the progressions made in the Saudi Arabian society prove that the king of Saudi Arabia is trying to improve international view on it, helping the general international view on the middle east thus promoving stability in it. Yemen did reiterate that the prince is completely innocent and more relevant matters than pure injustice and ignorance should be discussed, like the civil war in its country for example. Mr. Donald Trump the President of the United States was communicated to attend the judgment and said that there is not enough evidence to really know whether the Prince is guilty or not. The thing is, the opinion of Mr.Trump does not affect what really happened. Saudi Arabia said that the Israelis want to make the prince guilty. On the motion of Yemen, it was decided that tomorrow the voting process will be finished.

DAY 2
Yesterday in the last ICJ session it was decided to delay the judgment of the prince. Today it is being decided whether the prince shall pay the fine of 10 million USD to Turkey, in compensation, as a sign of respect, or not. But why Turkey instead of the family of MR.Khashoggi?
This does indicate that indeed this conflict was created by Turkey just to destabilize Saudi Arabian internal affairs, thus condemning our beloved prince.
Yemen stated that Turkey did not assist the
Saudi Arabian authorities giving them unreliable or incomplete shreds of evidence, thereby shall the prince not be guilted. In every honest judgment, the lack of evidence does not make someone guilty.
The delegate of Yemen affirmed that there is no point in charging 10 million dollars, in which criteria is this amount of money based on? Furthermore, judging the prince as guilty will affect in a very negative way the entire middle east. This also disrespects Article 6 of the Human Rights Declaration: no one should be considered guilty if not proved so.
It was stated in defense by Turkey that 10 million dollars is a symbolic amount affirming that a human life can not be expressed in USD, being fair to pay this amount that is considered big enough, reducing this amount would also mean a reduction in the value of life, conceived by other countries and international interest.
An unmoderated caucus was suggested by the respective ICJ chairs. It was decided between countries that were against the prince, that if proven guilty, a house arrestment regime would be ideal.
A very intense discussion caused by unmoderated caucus occurred in the house, it is very unlikely that a logical and fair solution would come out of it. The countries that are against the prince wish death to the king and the payment of a large amount of money. With no further motion, the voting process started and new amendments were made.
The Delegation of Oman does agree with the motion, and as agreed in court, clause D was altered to house arrestment.
The delegation of the United States did want to modify clause A, to make the prince innocent until proved otherwise. Due to a lack of proof, it would be considered a violation of Human Rights, and therefore against United Nations principles.
The resolution did not pass, and the chair advised the countries that did not approve of this motion, to create new motions and amendments.
The delegation of Saudi Arabia affirmed that the voting process was unfair due to clear violations of Human Rights.
Due to a lack of proof attesting his guiltiness, and because this homicide happened due to security negligence at the embassy, despite his innocence, Salman of Saudi Arabia will need to suffer the legal consequences of his acts.
It was also decided that the security in all Saudi Arabian embassies would be re-enforced.

Trial II
The delegation of the UK stated that the attack on Human Rights and in civil liberties is a big problem in the war, but geopolitical moves that are necessary for the good maintenance of the British society
The Turkish republic does support the air-strikes on Yemen as well as all the attacks in defense from the terrorist group, that threatens the population and is a danger to the national establishment of order.
The delegation of Oman did not want to take a part in this war but as a negotiator.
The Houthi are an extremist group that sought power in the Republic omen.
The Russian Federation is completely against this war and foreign intervention in Yemen territory.
The State of Israel is completely against all the crimes against humanity that take set on Yemen, defending a quick intervention and the general punishment from Saudi Arabia.
The federal republic of Germany stated that even if Saudi Arabia is a major economical partner, the crimes against humanity cannot take place in Yemen.
The delegation of Yemen stated that these separatists groups are completely anti-democratic that only seek power and violence. The delegate of Yemen also thanked the United States of America and Saudi Arabia for their military support.
Canada stated that Saudi Arabia´s intervention is extremely negative to the international view in Yemen, but also in the middle east in general, thus interfering in the occidental relationships with the middle east.
The Chairs approved an unmoderated caucus, that lasted for 15 minutes. In the unmoderated, it was decided that Israel wants to bring up a solution against the crimes against humanity - but that does not mean that the war should stop because to begin a war is not a crime, but the methods utilized in it are.
The delegation of the United Kingdom accused Israel of committing a lot of crimes against humanity as hitting children in Gaza.
Syria did condemn Saudi Arabian activities in Yemen, such as the accidental murder of children.
Syria is currently under the government of Bashar Assad, a dictator that breaks international laws, intoxicating the population with gas attacks, believing that violence is extremely negative but a necessary thing in a war. The delegate made a comparison between wars like the French Revolution and the American Civil War to clarify the violence.
Due to religious motivations, Iran is being accused by the united states of America and Saudi Arabia to financially support the hoodies, this terrorist group.
They want to show that with fear, violence, and murder they can get what they want. The delegation of Saudi Arabia wants to know why Iran is supporting this terrorist group or being accused of doing it.
Iran strongly denied that and said that this statement is composed of fake news made by western countries enemies of Iran.
Yemen stated that the Delegation of Iran has a very big interest in Yemen's oil and soil.
The delegation of Yemen accused the delegation of Iran of being opportunist being against Saudi Arabia, thus having chaos in Yemen and dominating its territory.
Iran did finance a terrorist attack in Oman and Syria with a high concentration of refugees from Yemen. This information was guaranteed to be real by Israel and the United States but the UN does not have any evolvement in this.
The refugee council did make a quick visit to the International Court of Justice. To take the right measures between Iran, Yemen, Oman, and Syria. An unmoderated caucus was established in this council. After the unmoderated Caucus, the delegates voted and the first amendment was approved.
The future of the resolution is yet to be decided.
