DAY 1
Today, 08\10\2019, the first day started with the opening ceremony gathering all the Chairs, Delegates and Press members. The first meeting of the The United Nation Refugee Council, chaired by Manuela Möller and Isabella Mazanati, started with some Ice-breakers, both chairs started with some games in order to the delegates to feel more comfortable. The chairs lead up to do a small round of how the discussion work and
the main themes.The council then moved on to the opening speeches in which all delegates presented their countries` views and opinions on to the topics. The chairs made a motion to start a moderated caucus with a speakers list , so the discussion can be more fluent and organized to the topics at hand. The UNHCR started its debate on the current refugee crisis. Fourteen different countries took part in the discussion, which started with an unmoderated caucus.
The delegates decide to start discussing the first topic, the international issue with the refugee crisis, how it going to affect the economy and the population. They also discussed which and how every country can help the refugee crisis. Then they started to explain each countries situation.The Russian Federation and The United States of America had big disagreements in the beginning of the discussion The United States of America has warned the non-participating countries will have consequences. Furthermore, the delegates started a discussion about the countries that should participate in helping this issue. Germany has clearly stated his opinion to stop the conflicts in the debate. The chairs made a motion to start a moderated caucus with a speakers list to continue the debate. 9The French Republic states clearly her opinion saying the biggest problem for Europe, is that they can’t help the refugees forever by opening their countries for them, without harming the population. The Republic of China states that they don`t have the capability to accept the refugees in their country, the Republic of China is still growing economically. The United States of America made their point of view saying that China should be capable of helping and accept refugees in their country because their help to the refugee crisis is insufficient. The Republic of China answers saying that the United States can`t say this statement because China has a main role sending medicaments, trying to help them. On the other hand, The Republic of Yemen asks for help from other countries to their refugee crises, and the United States of America remains to say, how they going to receive back after helping. The next discussion was about reward problems and militaries forces for battling the wars in the refugees countries. The delegates then made a motion to move to an unmoderated caucus so that they could start writing a discussing their resolutions. The time passed and the resolutions were finished. The first resolution, submitted by the United States, the United Kingdom of Britain German Republic and The federation of Russia, passed with no votes against. The second resolution, submitted by the Republic of China, Republic of Djibouti, French Republic, Federal Republic of Somalia, Republic of Yemen, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, Islamic Republic of Iran, State of Kuwait and United Arab Emirates, was discussed pros and cons, and it was made amendments to be voted in the next meeting.

DAY 2
Today, October 9th, 2019, the second meeting started with some Ice breakers. Then they started to continue to work on the second resolutions.
A crisis blew up in the council. Yemen war immigrants are migrating to Somalia. Human traffic is happening and they are being trafficked from Djibouti to India and Nepal. The countries being sent are aware of this situation. The procedures of the UNHCR council should resolve and discuss this crisis together with the procedures of the UNHRC
council. As the guest delegates arrive, they are shocked by the news. The chairs from both councils moved to an unmoderated caucus for working on resolutions for the crisis. It was argued that five percent of the money raised would be transferred to investigate the trafficking organization, to stop it. A fund was created, that would help people who have already been trafficked. With this fund, countries could send money to help trafficked refugees. After the voting process between the delegates, the resolution passed. After the resolution, it was established that an alliance was created between the united states of America, the UK, the German Republic and the Republic of Russia to help immigrants. For the second Resolution, the council suggested that financial aid should be transferred from the Human Rights Watch Fund towards the rescue and reintegration of victims of human trafficking in Somalia and Djibouti. The second Resolution also passed and both councils have solved the crisis.
After resolving the crisis with discussions during the resolutions, a new Agenda was suggested and created. The first topic to be discussed is the relation between Saudi Arabia and Iran, regarding the refugees. The chairs moved to an unmoderated caucus for giving time to the delegates to research and write amendments about the topic. In the middle of the agenda a new crisis blew up, it was found out that a refugee camp with people from Yemen was being attacked, bombarded by terrorism, and financed by Iran. The UNHCR council did make a visit to the International Court of Justice. An unmoderated caucus was established in this council. After the unmoderated caucus, they began to read the resolutions. First, the United States and UAE Resolution. Regarding this Resolution, the Republic of Yemen is pleased. After the voting procedure, the motion passed directly. The second resolution submitted by the UK, the Republic of Germany and the French Republic will be discussed and voted in the next meeting of both councils.
